Order and Shipping
- All Prepaid orders enjoy free Shipping all over India.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional handling charge of ₹50.

Once shipped out from our warehouse, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.
If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. For domestic COD orders, a fee of ₹50 applies.
Payments
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back automatically within 7-10 days (however, it takes less than 2 hours).
Please reach out to us in case the amount is not credited to your bank account after 10 days.
We support the following payment options at Lemmon:

To pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option on the payment page.
Cash on Delivery option is available only for selected pin codes. Note that COD orders will incur additional ₹50 handling charges.Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to following reason: Our courier partners may not support the cash on delivery option for your delivery address.
Only exchange is allowed for COD orders.
Your refund will be issued once we receive the return shipment (and after it passes a brief quality check). Once the order passes the inspection, we will promptly send you the refund.

Products and Sizing
Please refer to the size chart on the product page. The size may vary +/- 5%.
No, we don't offer custom sizing on single product. We may offer custom sizing for bulk orders. Feel free to contact our support team.
Return & Exchange
Items purchased from Lemmon are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All Prepaid orders are eligible for returns. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.
- All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels and in the same packaging.
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address: B-78, Bhan Nagar, Queens Road, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302021
- Clearance/ Final sale items cannot be returned. However, we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you'd need a size exchange.
Please note: The pick-up will be attempted only once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.
- Raise a return/exchange request from our Return and Exchange Centre or by raising a request with our support team.
- Our team will schedule a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. We will ship out the product or issue the refund after the product passes our quality inspection.

You can only cancel an order if it is not already shipped (which is typically within 8-12 hours of placing one).
You can go to cancellation tab and cancel an order or you can just got to chat options and submit order details and raise cancel request.
You can also call us regarding the same, if we're unavailable on a call, mail us at support@lemmon.co.in. We'll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.
Please mail us at support@lemmon.co.in or message us at WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders.

Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.
We ship via third party shipping companies and are reliant on their systems for execution of any mis-handled/wrong/missing orders. These courier companies close their support systems after 24 hours of delivery. So, we request you to please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, as our team will be helpless to raise a concern post the timeline of 24 hours.
Please note: The item should be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.
Normally, pick-up happens within 3-4 working days after the exchange request has been generated by the customer.
